He may be the same person that was reported on CNBC to have testified that he entered the room after their departure and retrieved Kleenex with lipstick and other stains on it. Though he did not save it.

He only testified yesterday and again today. I never cease to be amazed at how all of this Grand Jury testimony is immediately leaked to the press.
