Hi Fred!
Speaking of Mr. Peacocks possible distortions, you say, "However, I don't think that is the critical issue---remember, "Don't ask your barber if you need a haircut." "

Then why did you ask your barber, Peacock, and why has he still not answered?

And Fred, I do think distortions are important.

I emailed his generalized, unsubstantiated accusations, not answers to Cardio. This may wind up in some kind of litigation if Mr. Peacock has made accusations that are proved to be false. That may account for his reticence

You say, "What is important is that the Vaso product is tested and works and has been placed in 34 sites so far... Cardio simply is behind and that is a fact."

According to my barbers, Hutchins and Marvin Loeb, it is not a fact. Different from Mr. Peacock, they are not a bit retiscent about putting it in writing and signing their names to it. They will give you the whole story about a process they say they initiated to which Vaso is now playing catchup, piggyback. You can reach them at
Phone: 714-863-2500, Fax: 714-474-2446
I found Mr. Loeb very open and responsive to my questions and willing to discuss the differences. I suggest that you call him and get the other side of the story. I told him about our discussions on SI. He was concerned about Mr. Peacock's response.

Fred, these are my impressions after discussing this with Hutchins and Loeb. I know you are as concerned as I am about openess and honesty.
I would appreciate it if you would check this out with Marvin Loeb, and let me know what you think.

Incidentally, I am not interested in winning a horse race that I have not entered. I will let you know if and when I ever buy Cardiomedical when it goes public. I dropped out of vaso some time ago with a nice profit on my 40,00 shares at 2. I have since invested the money in Israeli high tech stocks. I am doing just fine. I agree with you that vaso will eventualy make it, but I am just too impatient.

Kindest regards,
Don

Hi Fred!

I just received detailed information from Cardiomedics about their Counter Pulsation System called CardiAssist. It has a "Summary of Selected External Counterpulsation Clinical Studies." Information about some of them is contained in quotes from the American Journal of Cardiology, the American Heart Journal, The European Society of cardiology, General Cardiology. It contains detailed information about how the system works. A picture shows that it is fully portable which means that it can be administered wherever it is convenient. It is easily administered by any health care professional under the direction of a physician. Touch screen control enables each patient's data to be stored and updated immediately. In addition data can be transmitted by built in modem to any computer in any facility for additional review. I believe it weighs about 1/3 of the cumbersome stationary Vasomedical device with only limited access and use in certain restricted areas such as a hospital with the accompanying costs.

In addition, they sent me a video with a detailed explanation that tells the whole story. This was sent to me by Marvin Loeb because of my interest as a potential investor when the stock goes public, and the personal contact I had established with him. I doubt whether this information would be available to just anyone on demand. I would appreciate it if Mr. Loeb is not besieged with inquiries. Fred, since you are one of Vaso's cheer leaders, I suggest that you contact Mr. Loeb and report back to SI on what you discover. I am sure everyone on the thread would have complete confidence in your report. If you are unable to get this material I will interecede on your behalf or lend you my copies for you to study and return to me.

Kindest regards,

Don
