FYI-
Fonar also registered before the change which did them no good.
They've been told the target price is $5. Which has to hit for a period of either 5 or 10 days in a row. Not sure which. They unlike Famh are already on the SmallCap board. I believe there is a provision for "new companies", which Famh would fall under. And it could be that is where the $3 comes into play. All others must hit and maintain the $5 or better.
