Well...it seems that it is more likely we will see an AMEX listing than a NASDAQ Small-Cap listing. They both have a listing price of $3 from what I understand.

Below is a site that gives the NASDAQ small cap listing requirements. It shows that a $4.00 bid price must be met to initially qualify. To remain listed the minimum bid price is $1.00.
