But seriously I think you hit the nail on the head, she wanted to tell the truth but was between a rock and a hard place. Tell the truth and face scorn - at least and charges at worse for lying under oath. What's a gal to do?
Apparently it's a hostel working environment in the W.H. if you are a woman - and even more so if you want to maintain your integrity.

I do agree that with your opinion on Tripp's reasons for the taping. I just couldn't resist using the metaphor as warning for other dudes out there who might be considering scorning a woman (Not that I ever would). Peace.
