1. To be up front, I am long PDG, and have no position in KRY.

2. I want everyone to make money. This is NOT a zero-sum game.

3. I purchased PDG as a long term investment, not speculation on LC ruling.

4. Neither PDG or KRY will do much until POG > US$350.

Now Fulvio (and anyone else who "knows" what's going on), please help me out. If the answer is so cut and dried, why is it taking so long for a ruling? As with Ken Starr/Monica Lewinsky, if she was willing to say what everyone thought she was willing to say, she would have immunity by now. There must be more to the story.

From my perspective, it is condescending of you to presume to know the "answers", while the Venezuelan court obviously obtuse or brain damaged or something.

a) If it is a done deal that KRY will win, please explain why there is no decision.
b) If there is no valid explanation for the delay, please admit that it is not a done deal.

One additional request, let's keep this thread free of hostility (in any language). Surely we can act like adults.

Missed the point pal!!! Were not discussing whether PDG was an idiot, because if they are not entitled to this property, IT WILL GO UNSAID!!

The question is still valid! Was this before or after they drilled the property?

The assumption, and it is an assumption that they knowingly drilled another companies property to "maybe find gold" and do so at there own expense, is a little hard to accept. I realize your whole argument is based on it, but its real shaky!!

I'll drop the pompous bit from here on in, because it gets in the way of the discussion.
