As I stated quite clearly in another post, even I don't think that PDG is that stupid. No, what I DO base my argument on is that PDG proceeded to drill before they had clear title to the property because they were in bed with corrupt officials of the CVG who told them that they could successfully circumvent the law. These people (mistakenly) assured PDG that their worthless work contracts would 'one day' be converted to full mining concessions. (Read the document I posted for your friend if you don't believe me. And BTW, you DID know that PDG only had work contracts and not full mining concessions right?) Well here we are, 'one day' has arrived and the CVG cannot and will not deliver on these undeliverable promises. PDG is SOL. End of story. *This* is what I base my argument on.
