John...A question I posed this thread earlier was if we could consider this stock as worthless for IRS reporting purposes as of 12-31-97. I believe we can and encourage all to take advantage of this. I'm looking for a second opinion. To take this loss you don't need to actually sell the stock it only has to meet the IRS requirements which I believe have been met. Please interject anyone. As far as STLC goes I still hold all 220,000. I'm beginning to think they are worth as much to me as they are to the ass wipes in Perletz. Good luck to you my friend.
