Yep, schools are closed down here.
It's a real mess. I can't believe the amount of crap all over the roads that either floated or got blown there.

That Boom-Boom stuff scary.<G> I can't remember the last time we got that.

I was reading your post about the Pajaro. Unreal. I was living up there back when the last El Nino rolled through and the Pajaro was a mess then too.
I must have surfed at least 300 days that year. Big gnarly ass Hawaiian size stuff.
I normally surfed Steamer's Lane in Santa Cruz which is a big wave in the first place. We were getting 30 and 40 foot waves that year.
Looking down the face of one of those would make yer butt pucker.<G>

I hope you're high and dry where you live? This stuff is scary. I have a giant old oak tree in my yard that makes me nervous as hell what with all the trees I've seen down the last few days.
I've also seen some places flood that were supposed to be impossible to do so.
