John,

I mean this as no disrespect to you or your stockpicking abilities, but you sure picked the worst time to sell TPRO. I'm more of a fundamental guy (meaning I rely heavily on the fundamental aspects) but with the TA going for it as well as the fundamental picture improving everyday, I can honestly say I think you will regret this decision in the near future.

I'd sell when I thought the picture was worsening or things werent following through. But sell when TPRO has had consecutive days of heavy volume (obviously not being done by individual shareholders ), a rising stock price and one that closed within a 32nd of its high?? I sell stocks when support breaks and heavy volume goes the wrong way. Not vice versa.

But, I wish you good luck on all your endeavors.

Conservatively Yours,
Raymond J. Norris

John,

<Will be out of this one real soon - cannot wait.>

We're FINALLY in agreement over something. I speak for many, when I say WE ... cannot wait for you to be out of TPRO. - Though you've already told us you'll be back. Can't figure you out. I have never heard someone complain SO much, about making SO much money off of a stock.

Enjoy Vegas. Give Monk my best. Though we each have maintained a distance from each other, he's a bright guy. I'm Yin to his Yang.

Cheryl

VERY similar deal. LOTS of Utilities. Time's running out.

TOPRO ADDRESSES THE MOUNTING ELECTRIC UTILITY Y2K PROBLEM
The Year 2000 problem in electric utilities is similar to that in the nation's factories, but requires a different expertise. Power generation and transmission is highly automated, controlled by millions of embedded chips. The prospect of failures in the generation and transmission of electric power caused by the millennium bug, occurring as they would in mid-winter, has vaulted Topro to increasing prominence in the utility industry.

TAVA announced Jan 29 that it is teaming with utility engineering specialist RW Beck of Seattle. The joint venture will modify Topro's highly successful CD ROM for factories and apply it to utilities. Yesterday, the joint venture, a designated solution provider, presented to 35 utilities at a Year 2000 conference sponsored by EPRI, the Electric Power Research Institute.
