Yes. I agree with that. But what is important is the percentage rather than the absolute numbers. Walk in any university campus and you will see a lower average obesity rate than you'd see in the general population.

This should not be surprising. The younger you are, the more physically active you are. And the faster your metabolism is. Both of which contribute to lower obesity rate.
