Dennis & norm:

Thanks for both responses. I stand corrected

There's a discrepancy in your charges, but both your totals = $24M. I'm happy.

I'm also upping my estimate from 8C to 19C/shr. This should send the stock through the roof tomorrow. :)

regards, ferdc

What seems clear is that we can only speculate what earnings will be, based on "estimated revenues of $287 million". The "12% over" the year ago quarter gives more precise information than the "10 to 15%" range mentioned in the Jan 23 press release. However, today's announcement made no mention of an EPS estimate.

I'm still puzzled why they are announcing that now. Why not just wait until earnings on the 18th? Maybe they are being very careful because they are expecting some lawsuits? I think it only fuels the speculation and opens the door for the "fudge factor". I'm leaning toward downside risk but maybe they can cleverly show "better than revised estimate" results and put some momentum back in the stock.

Can I safely speculate that when a growth company stops growing revenues sequentially and significantly that some of the big players jump ship and stock prices get cut in half? Comments on the ADCT management team? Are they normally up front or have there been surprises in the past?

Thanks for your input. Steve
