Steve, I do not think CPQ will enjoy the DEC purchase for some time to come. CPQ is still trying to digest Tandem, then piles on another multi-billion dollar co., and one that has been a huge disappointment for years. I expect CPQ to suffer huge distractions and several quarters of "one-time charges" as they figure out exactly what they have purchased and how to make it work. Given these multiple merger distractions, I believe DELL will seize the opportunity to grab even more share, and in an extremely efficient, focused manner. I am thankful that DELL did not risk its future in a haste to get large.
