I have heard from someone associated with Bay Networks that Bay is no longer interested in an OEM relationship with FORE. This comes from someone way down the chain but I understand that FORE was very difficult to deal with in terms of "compensation to its people." I do not fully understand in what sense that is meant but I am confused about FORE's attitude. I am long FORE and have been for about 6 months. If this OEM agreement does not take place then is this stock overvalued at these levels? Anyone with better info please respond. I am on the fence at this point and leaning toward getting out of Dodge. Any input would be appreciated. David O'Berry doberry@mindspring.com
