I gathered as much. But I still don't see how QE is damaging them. As I said, the policy has been very positive for them. Their debt is denominated in USD, so low US interest rates are are a boon. Lower USD is an even greater boon and makes for the icing on the cake.

EDIT - Inflationary environment is good to hard/real assets. LatAm being a natural resources economy, should do well with QE and negative rates.

Where do you see the harm?

PS I was long UBR and MEXX. Sold near the top. And am assessing when I should get back in. I would not be having this stance if I had currency worries.
