On our most recent trip west (1991, lol) we experienced the badlands, hoodoos and dinosaur country. The kids were 6 at the time and absolutely loved the Royal Tyrell Museum. So did we. We'll go back again next time we're in Alberta and will spend more time to see the other things you mentioned.

We absolutely love the Maritimes. If not for covid we'd go in September but I think that it's prudent to wait till next year. Also eager to drive around Gaspe, haven't done that yet. And of course Newfoundland, the only province we haven't visited yet. We're going to be very busy once restrictions are lifted to close to the old normal. Oh yeah, the Alaska Highway is on our bucket list as well.
