It's the dose. Animal drugs are just as pure as human drugs. Horse medicine is much higher dose. I overdosed my dogs a couple times with ivermectin before I figured it out. They lost their appetites for a day or two. You just have to figure out the mg and convert it.

It was intentional fear mongering by the FDA. The dosage for animals is EXACTLY the same as for humans (200 micrograms per kg of body weight). Since the horse paste comes in tubes which can treat 1250 pounds of weight, some Darwinians probably thought they weighed 1250 pounds and took the entire tube.
