TKA-- In reviewing this mornings release paragraph by paragraph there are a lot of different issues raised. One is the sentiment for another state wide binding referendum. One about placing a moratorium on the issuing of new licenses until a vote can be held by the people. From your experience with the legislative process does it make any sense for us to be speculating on any of these outcomes so early in the session. I sounds like it might be an exercise in mental masturbation.
