--What if you drink a Coke? Will it still work?--

interesting that you mention that as last night i read an article about carbonated drinks, in general.
here's something about carbonated soda, 2019 jama research:

"...Consumption of artificially sweetened soft drinks was positively associated with deaths from
circulatory diseases, and sugar-sweetened soft drinks were associated with deaths from
digestive diseases..."
jamanetwork.com

can't find the artilce i read last night but here's something about carbonated water (without sugar):

"...Sparkling water does not cause calcium loss, but it may contribute to tooth decay. Carbonated water may also cause flare-ups of IBS symptoms..."
medicalnewstoday.com

looks like the healthiest drink is clean water without carbonation...
like in the old days.
imagine that.
