There is no Article 9. Did you mean the 9th Amendment? The court is the last branch of government, the branch with no power to enforce its rulings. If our founders wanted a few nuts to run the government they'd have said so in the Constitution. There's nothing in the Constitution that says courts or the government have the power to take rights away from us. You won't try to counter this because you can't and I know this.
