I averaged 1 to 2 viral gastritis infections or respiratory infections a year most of my life. I have had no bad respiratory infections in the last six years since starting high doses of vitamin D. The body paint I would feel when laying in bed for any length of time disappear completely. I was amazed as I did not expect either

Hi Pogeu,

In the light of our previous discussion on Vitamin D, I found this recent nugget.



I am taking 25 micrograms of Vit D, this video suggest I should be taking about 220 micrograms daily.

8895 IU divided by 40 = 222 micrograms daily.

So you are right, I am only taking about 10% of the corrected recommended dose of Vit D. I do get the benefit of this low dose though as in previous years (pre Covid) I never took any Vit D supplement at all, and often had colds and flu.
