so, let me understand.... you've been long some time on this....YOU wrote the newsletter piece...hmmmm....if this is hype i'm going to find you.......!

I gave the company a call this morning and spoke to an evasive "Mr. John Dennis". When questioned, he stated that he was not an officer or employee of the company, but was there "helping out". Perhaps he is the friendly stock promoter. OK, here are the "facts" per him. Of course, they are completely unverifiable as the company does not file financial reports with the SEC. (Aww, who cares anyway?) However, Mr. Dennis stated that the company will file "within the next week". Shares outstanding? "16.7 Million." (Oops, looks like some bulls here were off by 10MM shares.) "We think the float is up to 6 million now." (Oops - float has tripled over the 2MM cited here earlier? So insiders sold 4 million shares to make a few pennies?) "11 million shares are restricted." I ask, "for how long?" "One year." "From when?" "June. They are restricted until June 1999." Say what? Someone send Mr. Dennis a calendar. Finally, I asked if there have been any Reg S sales recently or if any are planned. The answer, after a pause, a non-emphatic "no." Yeah, right. Caveat emptor.
