stock up 6 months of food

I buy lots of canned goods. It's more like once a year, but I go through them and give most of them to the local foodbank for homeless. Then I wind up buying many of the same things. At least it stays fresh.

even divorced and kids grown I still buy bulk sales.. so am always cycling .. my new digs came with large chest freezer.. Regret leaving my upright behind.. gonna get a new upright ... much easier to manage FIFO :) .. Just bought 10lb butter LOL.. forget to go back for second limit purchase in time .. but vac sealed it stores great in freezer.. I have a seal a meal.. and big dehydrator... still eating 1.5 year old zucchini chips :) with various seasonings
