Dance with words !! Superb!!!

>>BTW, I seem to recall that BXM went through a bit of a testicle squeeze when Indonesia threatened NOT to convert those work contracts. So I do NOT think it's as automatic as you make it seem.

Actually it reverts back to a previous comment, in a previous post. Governments like Venzuela/Indonesia/Columbia/Peru rarely inhibit the issuance of "right and title" to a concession, UNLESS, you find "alot of what you were looking for". Then they show a surprising lack of understanding as to what you thought their share was!! This is the "testicular squeeze" to which you refer. BTW who ever wins 4&6 better be wearing a "cup"!!

>>> ...MEM knew this when they awarded the mining rights to MINCA and so did PDG when they got involved.

I guess this is where I defend PDG's position. If true, and I donot doubt you,(I am sure there are releases to support this) then obviously MEM felt that Mael's position wasn't as "solid" as was thought albeit "at the time". This does not produce the "criminal mind" that is the "flavour" at the moment. What it produces is aggressive approaches in the pursuit of "$$$$$$$".

>>>Evil empire? What evil empire? I am calling a spade a spade. Both CVG and PDG engaged in corrupt practices and did not feel the winds of change in Venezuela. They got bit in the ass for these practices and are now paying the price.

When BXM had 70mm ozs (fantasy) ABX had ex Pres. Bush and "my personal favorite, "PM Mulroney" (puke) have a little chit-chat with his emminence Suharto. Illegal? according to "international fair play" YES, according to the "book of greed" NO. Gads, Munk was being hailed as the second coming, for screwing BXM. (the only thing that was depressing was he was not successful!!) He would have had 66% of FA and looked like a "world class dork")

Deals like this occur on a regular basis. Summex (VSE) is virtually in the same fight with Farallon(TSE) over a mining concession in Mexico. They are in the "he said", I said" ,"we did" "they did", with appropriate paperwork to support both sides, fight.

The reason that all of these lawsuits "look bad" is because nobody goes out and sues people for "barren" ground. This raises the claim-jumper, slimeball, backstabber, attitude. I think you have to agree, if PDG had found "0" ozs this discussion group would be wondering why the CEO of KRY was selling his shares or some other innane conversation on the merits of a property in Timbuktu.

In the days of Cowboys and Injuns(were there Italian cowboys?). The Cowboy was always the good guy, the Injuns the bad. Unless of course some whiteman was having his chest muscles pierced and lifted to the centre of a teepee to prove his "injunhood". Then we were good guys. If KRY is the good guy, that does not automatically extrapolate into PDG being the bad guy!! Or if PDG turns out to be the bad guy, this certainly doesn't mean that PDG was the good guy.

Maybe the Good Guy was MAEl and the bad guy CVG. Or CVG the good and MEM the bad. Maybe there are just NO good or bad guys!!!

>>> I will humbly bow to your greater expertise in this area. (Hope you can appreciate this cause it's not often I'm humble.)

I absolutely fell to the floor, my wife had to perform mouth to mouth to bring me around!!

I appreciate your info, I bow to the better "command of the English language"!!!!

your "pal/buddy/bro"!!
