Have looked a couple of places, but don't find any description of an A-5. Is this some sort of Amendment filing? TIA for explaining.

tonto: I believe the reason that is unlikely is due to the effect of publishing information to the public has an affect on the purchase on the stock. If the are material changes that aren't reported in the future the stockholders would be under the assumption that the last published financial was indeed an accurate reflection of the activity and health of the company.

In others words once you make a claim, you are required to back it up or release information regarding the failure to perform.

If a company was allowed to report and then become non-reporting it would have the affect of allowing management to rape a company immediately following their financials and never advise the public that they are in the toilet. It would be a set-up.
