Living here in the southern Arizona drought stricken desert, looking over that list of "what's next" caused me to pause. With the recent restriction recently placed on sharing water from the sparse storage areas in the entire western United States, I can't believe the forward thinkers haven't included ways to solve this serious, fast approaching problem. To my knowledge, there is NO substitute for water! Much needs to be done in the area of turning oceans into drinkable water. EVERYTHING needs a drink!
