jcmoore: I am wondering how few Datek customers have no problem with their 1099 forms, perhaps very few. Mine has problem too. They seems always overcharged me for the margin interest, and when they gave the credit back, they recorded them as INTEREST payment to me. That means I would have to pay twice income tax on this amount of money. This is just outrigerous. I called them today, hopefully, I can get the correct form within 10 days, if I am lucky. Their accounting dept. really needs to shape up themselves. good luck.
