Steven, Thanks for the glass of cool water. I'm frustrated because the last three pieces of news all can be interpreted negatively, and I'm wondering why these guys don't just keep their mouths shut until the auction.

You highlighted the biggest negative in my opinion, and that is that they were not able to even partner with anyone else to bid at the auction.

Anyway, my feet are cold.

Steve, I think you are dead wrong. WinStar already has a substantial network infrastructure in place in New York and CVUS' 1150 MHz of spectrum could be utilized with no additional build-out cost. New York is obviously WinStar's most lucrative market and CVUS as a competitor is a thorn in WinStar's side. By buying CVUS, WinStar eliminates its primary wireless broadband competitor, making NYC a virtual WinStar monopoly.

interesting theory as to why ART should be interested in CVUS and Winstar not interested, but it doesn't quite square with Winstar in the LMDS auction, and ART not.
