EP,

IMO PW will never show up on the bid. They will use either an existing MM or an agent. Just so everyone is aware of some of the rules of corporate buybacks I will state some of them as I understand them to be.

1 Shares can not be purchased at the ask.
2 No purchases in the first or last 30 minutes of the trading day.
3 The maximum price DCI can pay per share is the current ask less the
commission of approximately $.06 per share. This still applies even it that price falls below the current bid.
4 The minimum purchase amount is $50,000.00 per transaction.
5 There are some exceptions to these rules but then DCI could purchase
only 5000 shares per week and yhat is not Joe's intention.

Best Regards
