But I didn't think anybody else could actually view your post until after the 15 minutes had expired or you had signed off or (feature just added recently) you hit "Publish Message". Does this mean people are really watching as I fix all my mistakes?

I presume that if shares are purchased off-market that the SEC rules about maximum price don't apply?
