Re: Young Folk Portfolio -- Adjustments, Buys and Sells.

The Young Folk Portfolio consists of a Roth Ira and a Taxable account. It does not include the employer 401K plan which is called a TSP.

I have decided that the TSP which will become a roll over 401K, will include the type of assets known as disruptors and/or next generation companies, and the public portfolio would focus more on dividend growth type companies.

With this in mind, today I sold the disruptors PYPL .. SE .. SQ .. ROKU .. TWLO.

The only non-dividend paying company left in the Young Folk Portfolio is TSLA and that one will remain for the time being.

I took the proceeds from those sales and started a new position in AWR, a water utility, for $2,000.

All of the following positions were added to in small amounts, $400-$1,000.

SPGI .. LANC .. HSY .. GGG .. DHI .. TTC .. AVGO .. ABBV .. UTG .. CTAS .. CE .. PH .. COST .. UNP .. CAT.

Prior to these moves the portfolio was generating:

$7,418 in annual dividends.
Generated a 2.43% yield.
Had a 5 year dividend growth rate of 6.40%.
Chowder Number of 8.83.
Beta 0.78

New criteria:

$7,677 in annual dividends.
Yield of 2.51%.
5 year dividend growth rate of 6.50%.
Chowder Number of 9.01%
Beta 0.76
