>>These filing that we are seeing could just be convertible debentures from PP being converted into commons and are being dump in the market as we speak..

The SEC 13G filing was to indicate that that institution had more than 5% interest in the company. However, I wouldn't doubt that they took advantage of the increased buy volume to unload a good percentage. They are the company that financed TPRO a while back and their current position represents 25% of what they have already sold over the year+. It is clear that they are not interested in being long-term investors. What they are selling is the last amount they have. All this buy volume is eating up the sellers and truly volume will precede price. At this rate, there will be very little of cheap TPRO shares left and the price will have to jump to another tier. I think the NMS news will percipitate this.

The end of the day fall was probably daytraders closing for the day. This volume is probably inviting all sorts of investors.

You correctly stated that this new liquidity and price movement allows for sellers to get out of large positions without adversely affecting their ability to get max dollars for all their shares. I sold at he open, knowing that there is a lot of resistance/overhead to be taken out at 6.50. I was correct. I will most likely re enter tomorrow, I hope around 6 1/4. Am pretty sure that we'll test 6 3/4 again perhaps tomorrow.
Has everyone forgotten already that DREYFUS likes TPRO/TAVA TOO. Enough to put about $ 4mil where there mouths are. Y2K stocks will rule the threads and those who own tpro will share in the glory. It seems evident to me that tpro is firmly established as a company with the goods regarding millenium bug compliance fix. Their client list is impressive.
