Ah, Freddy, finally a subject about which we share similar sentiments, OR politics makes for strange bed fellows! Yes, a toast or maybe a whole pitcher of martinis to amuse us as we wait for the spectacle of the Clinton administration to play out, keeping ever in mind, of course, that all of the improprieties are alleged at this point . . . Incidentally, what is this stuff about Betty Currie that is apparently being leaked out? I watched Nightline last night and their panel was taking it very seriously. Now the news headlines this morning say that Currie's lawyer is denying the leaked reports of Currie's testimony. But this newspaper report seems to support them, AND discuss the valet's reports of tissues stained with lipstick and other liquids left lying around after Billy and Monica were together.
