Near time to sell large blocks short again. Rob Doc Rosemary we are hoping that a strong buy is put on JBIL for the next short cycle. Some months ago we targeted 55 per our posts as the top. We are starting the same short cycle of selling short and buying puts as collars. Our target is 25 to 30 again.

FYI we are also established short in CDX. Huge price multiple 80x. No dividends. They are using EBDDT instead of GAAP to report. Actual earnings were .07 instead of .15 . This has all the potential of Orange Co derivatives. The primary investor is California Public Employees Retirement 783 million dollars. Their position is probably worth 1/3 of that. When they wake up this stock will sink like a rock.. The Natural resources division is all messed up and the head of that division left.

Regards,

Fenton

Rosemary, covered calls on JBIL can really hurt you if the stock takes off. I have not had much luck with the option on JBIL and it is too risky. I'd rather play the stock, because if I guess wrong, at least I know that it will come back sooner or later because it is such a well-run great company. But with the options, time is against you and If I guess wrong I lose everything.
