Something I want to point out that may help a lot of people.

I have struggled with arthritis for 30 years and take many types of natural anti inflammatories like green tea, turmeric, ginger, fish oil and tart cherry.

But a retired surgeon I play poker with many nights, told me takes 1,100 MG of curcumin daily and it really stops the pain.

Curcumin is the active ingredient in Turmeric and ginger, but it is only 3 to 5%, so by taking the pure curcumin you get doses 20 times greater.

I took my first last night and the difference was amazing and immediate.

Besides being the most powerful natural anti inflammatory I know of, much research seems to show it is both helpful in dementia and anti cancer.

Just a word to the wise. Do you own research.

He uses a brand called Root, I just got mine from Costco, Nature Lab for $33.

I'm totally results driven - no one smart self-identifies as "smart" - it is arrogant and limited. No one is smart about everything. We need each other and if someone thinks they are smart and others are dumb - they need to work on sharing their knowledge with the others.

My frustration is when people don't want to accept the data of a better way. If something is provably better - everyone should adopt it. Simple as that - no ego. Just do it the way that gets it done better, with the best quality and the cheapest, fastest way unless there is a down side. Protection of silos is not one of the areas for optimization.

Saying how smart we all are and that we are smarter than our ancestors delays us from making improvements - because we are so sure we are smart that we are already doing the smart thing.

That is some major bullshit thinking. IMO.
