To All Readers: Please think about these True False questions.

How do you folks feel about the markets in the East?
My thoughts are that they will progress into more and more
volatility, greater and greater swings. That right now is
starting the quiet time between a couple of those swings.
News created to distract us from the problems that are not
going away will not be as necessary for the moment and so,
will ebb off for now. When foreign markets show their violence
again, our more local news will immediately respond with
heavy but unrelated topics to distract us from the gravity
of the truer situations. Do you feel this is true or false?

Roth IRA is a ploy to keep investors additionally interested
in the market, it's Unique "tax up front only offering" giving
government what it wants which is taxes NOW, and the government
remains unconcerned about no tax on the gains at time of
withdrawal because they know the market is in for a long term
down anyway, giving them time to change their policy.
So it will be no loss to them.
Do you feel this is true or false?

Mutual funds have made a change, I believe the subject was
they are now offering to sell Options on their funds which
has not been done in the past. Much as an investor can
derive income from offering options on his individual stocks,
is the Mutual Fund sector quietly resolving that the market
is entering a slow painful down, and since they are in the
business to profit, that this is a tool they will HAVE to
use to stay out of the red, by siphoning off the loss onto
the shoulders of outside investors. I see no reason for
Mutuals to compromise their possible gains through the
action of offering Options except that they realize any
such gains the option buyer would hope for will not occur.
That, I can understand.
Do you feel this is true or false?

Thank you kindly. I will be very interested in reading
any and all comments about these questions and if answering
them caused changes in your opinion on any of these topics.

We might be seeing a different short term scenario:

<<''We're certainly seeing more people switch out of oil after a quick run,'' he said. ''There's a magnetic-like attraction to gold
whenever world war is mentioned.''
>>

Switch out of OIL to AG could be very profitable
