HI RtS,

Brooks has announced the sale of Brooks Automation for 3 billion (scheduled to close in mid 2022).

The company will then become a Life Sciences Company named "AZENTA Life Sciences".

As you point out the SOX has been a poorly disclosed moving target.

Thanks for all you do here!

Bob

I used to own BRKS, but there was a GPT proposal, and I pursued objecting to the offer, but sold and pursued buying BARE instead, and they were tendered for by a Japanese cosmetics company. I'll do a search.
By Shiseido.

Shiseido, a Japanese cosmetics company, said Thursday that it had agreed to buy Bare Escentuals, one of the biggest players in the world of mineral makeup, for $1.7 billion. Unlike rivals like Estée Lauder, Shiseido has made few major acquisitions.

A few weeks ago, I saw that BRKS is trading again, with its old symbol.
