This from the Yahoo thread today. I cannot confirm it so please be cautious when reading it. <<<Yes, the recent runup in price concerns a possible buyout by BROD, makers of Myst and Riven along with kids software. BROD has in hand about $5 a share in CASH and is targeting MicroProse as a buyout. The suitor is a perfect match, neighbors in California with squeky clean reputations (MPRS didn't agree with GT Interactive's questionable accounting practices) and BIG Trademark Names MYST along with CIVILIZATION. Watch as the stockprice will keep on rising even with the dismal earnings out today. Just wait or join in the glory>>> I sure wish there was a link to a published article stating such rumor...there isn't so I am very skeptical. Rich
