You are expanding the discussion beyond what was raised and we can't boil the ocean here.

Your original point was that there already exists a wealth tax system, namely property taxes. That is astute observation. But my point to you was the city hall budgets and provides services that are more or less proportionate to their usage. Furthermore they don't tax you if you move out of the neighborhood. So the parallel is not good. If in fact you can provide a parallel similar system with the same attributes, then I would support it.

As to the thought experiment that I suggested, you clearly did not do it. Maybe when I have more time I will expand on it. But for now, I think you will be surprised with what you will find out if you actually go through it.
