Henry, I am sure they will take into account all the positives to warrant extension. And take into account the fact that the swiss private placement probably prevented the warrants from being excercised. To throw away a perfectly good funding opportunity is not logical for a small company. Also, I think some would agree that this is preferable to a private placement that would be priced below market and be in the hands of a few (and have new warrants attached). I like the idea of the shares being more widely distributed and less chance of manipulations.

Also, it will bolster the confidence in those that hold both stock and warrants. Its good for the company ($12 million reasons) and good for the shareholders and warrant holders.
