Could it be naked-calls sell?
2000 contracts were traded? You said 1000 at 7/8 (ask).
Then the other 1000 must be at 11/16(bid).

Why are those trades before the pre-announcement today?
Somebody gotta know it in advance.

I may be engaged in wishful thinking, but do you think that INTC or some other company might think its time to gobble-up SYSF at a bargain price? I was particularly interested in the USB split-off and how that might be related to a take-over.

I wondering what to do with my SYSF stock at this point. Could we see prices below $3? Once the knives stop dropping in the next few days is SYSF value still worth $4 per share?

All readers please note that I am an extreme novice and have no inside information about any takeover.
