Right. So, what's the point? Again, my understanding is that Netscape is dumping their own Java implementation (of the language, i.e. JVM/JIT and the standard runtime environment aka "bloated middleware OS") in favor of the Sun implementation. Which makes sense if they are behind and trying to catch up. They are not dumping Java as a "platform", or development environment. Do you have information to the contrary?
