I just bought more FTEL when it fell below 5. The NASDAQ listing will be coming shortly, the stock holders meeting, and other good news also. Don't know about any MM motivations, but the stock is getting cheaper which usually goes before good news and a strong price increase.

Thee MM's are not playing the stock price down. Meyerson is converting their warrants that they bought at 1.25 each. Meyerson supplied the funding capital for FTEL when they were in the R&D stage of development. FTEL is now switching horses to other funding companies with larger resources than Meyerson, so Meyerson is converting there warrant options to cash (selling stock). The nice news is that everything they are selling someone else is buying without the price falling out of bed.
