Hi Linda, Many thanks for that boost in CHIR! Now if you will please just refer to it as a DOG, that should push it into the mid-$20s! Yes, it's been frustrating to have CHIR just fiddling around in the high teens to low twenties. It's been on my "waddyathink" list for some time. There's enough value there that I would like to do something more creative with it. In the mean time I've just been collecting "rent" between about $17 and $23. Of course that's what Mr. L's program was originally designed for! If sales and book value grow according to projections, I should see the stock price about double in 3-5 years, but I'm getting bored. Best regards, Tom
