I am checking into Nascar memorabilia. It is booming. Need to find who makes and sells this merchandise. cars, hats shirts jackets etc., Will do some research.

Go to this full-text news search and search for nascar. Or you could probably narrow it down by searching for nascar nasdaq (or something like that).

newsalert.com

I looked briefly and spotted RACN

Mike Im a big Nascar fan, I think its the fastest growing sport in North America they also have a end of the year race in Japan and the turnout is incredible. There are also some track builders that are building and designing better tracks, some of the tracks they run are old and small. There are also some Nascar cafes opining up down south they have a bar and restaurant along with souvenir booths and a short tour sort of like showing the history of Nascar I have been to the one in South Carolina it pretty neat. But your right the merchandising end of it is huge. Matter of fact I just sent in an order for the new Ernie Irvan Skittles racing team hat. Lets Go Ernie.

Mike,

Look at Action Performance ACTN for the premier company involved with NASCAR.
EPS: 1994 .08
1995 .27
1996 .46
1997 .91
1998 1.45 est
1999 1.90 est
Last quarter (12/97) : EPS .23 vs .12 +92%
REV 42.9 vs 15.2 +182%

Major potential, IMO.
