I think the thing that got Peter worked up was the "unannounced" part of the launch. These things are supposed to be scheduled, but maybe it was pushed back due to a weather delay. It still should be announced.

Spaceports: what is needed, is a lonely place on the equator, with 1000 miles of empty ocean to the east. Kiribati has some empty islands. If costs to orbit continue to fall, traffic is going to increase by orders of magnitude.
