Value of NSCP: - I think NSCP will be sold for close to $30 per share. They control several unique assets: the browser and one of the most popular web sites on the net. He who owns NSCP owns a major gatekeeper. This company cannot be valued in terms of earnings, etc. AOL was never valued on earnings, (still isn't), XCIT or YHOO certainly weren't. NSCP has a stronger asset that these companies, it just needs to be exploited. The buyer: I think WCOM will sneak in there with a blowout bid. Larry

But then current ORCL stock price can not justify to buy NSCP.
ORCL is $26 now, not $40 or more.
