Paul,

Even at current levels, ORCL has a market cap of $ 25 billion. (compared to SUNW with $18.5B and AOL with $10.B). Larry Ellison could probably buy NSCP personally, if he wanted to.

ORCL added $ 3 Billion in mrkt cap TODAY !! I think we'll see a week-end deal, with ORCL pulling the trigger at $ 30 .
