In a civilized society, we have laws and police to enforce them and the DAs office to make sure those who break them and are caught get punished. This cycle has broken, especially in cities like SF and Oakland where "the mob" rioted to defund the police and the DAs didn't keep CONVICTED criminals in jail while those caught stealing and vandalizing were "caught and released."

Just the past two days we had a mob of storm high end stores in SF, do huge damage and run off, all on caught on multiple videos... The Mayor FINALLY said she would do something about it... we'll see.

The police caught a few on this one trying to get away

Last night a bigger mob of 80 used cars to block roads in Walnut Creek, CA (not far from Oakland...) so police could not show up in force, then they stormed and robbed Nordstrom's abc7news.com

Have you ever had anything of high value that took years to save for or build in parts stolen from you?

BTW, the president said he supports the jury's decision. Good to see that he has managed to keep a few of the "moderate values" he was given the party's nomination for.

BTW2, there is good reason for a CIVILIZED society to have well funded police AND enforcement of laws to protect hard working people... it is to keep people from taking the law into their own hands.

Bill Maher is one of the few Democrats who can get away with calling them on their chit...
“The way this party is running for office is making me gag,” Maher said, adding, “You’re alienating a lot of people. I’d say do the math, but math is still a form of white supremacy.

Maher begged the progressives that have a large voice in the party to notice that voters support action on climate change, but “also need money to pump water out of the subway. Can we do that before building a worker’s paradise?”

Why is the party considered out of touch? “In plain English, nobody likes a snob,” Maher said, adding later, “Politics is not artisan. It’s “Art” and “Stan.” Your micro-agression culture doesn’t play in the Rust Belt. He went on to talk of the “plainly excessive things of the left. You can’t cancel Lincoln.”
