Shooting someone in the back clearly doesn't rise to the level of defending your life.

So it should be self defense if you shoot someone a) unarmed, b) outside your house, c) running away from you?

Lefties like word play like woke, and cancel. I'd like to know who on the right changed burglary/breaking and entering to "home invasion"? Probably about the time we had all that left over Iraq war material to send to state and local PD's.

But I know of no, not a single one, life and certainly not death penalty case involving shooting someone who broke into one's own home. In my lifetime.
